Today was race day, the last one of the year, and best of all, it was in my little town, which was celebrating its anniversary. My day started very early. My husband and I got up very early, got ready, and went to enjoy this activity that we are so passionate about, since we train to be able to enjoy the culmination of our training, which is the races. Thank God the weather was fabulous. When we arrived at the meeting point for the start of the race, there were already several runners, all very active. This really fills me with excitement, seeing young people and adults up early on a Sunday to go jogging. This passion is attracting more and more people, and sport is life and hope. Thank God the race started on time. It was an easy route, and best of all, all the runners who live in our little town were there. It was like a big sports party. I enjoyed this race to the fullest, ending my last participation this year on a high note. Thank God for so many blessings.
