Why it was created

The association legally represents all the citizens of the world who want to ask a refund of their money from AAX. Becoming a partner costs nothing, each associate will only have to pay the lawyer.
In case it is the lawyer who defrauds the users, the association can ask to be defended by the Italian police forces for any crime committed in Italy (for example the lawyer recovers our money but "forgets" to give it back to some users). This is extremely important in countries like Russia, where (as reported by Russian users themselves) the police have no interest in protecting citizens' rights against AAX. The association assures users that the lawyer does his job or he will be reported to the authorities at no cost.
Summing up:

• those who join the association can be sure of the lawyer's work and will be defended by the Italian police forces
• those who DO NOT join the association can only be defended by the police forces of their own country and will have to hire another lawyer without having guarantees on the work he does

Cost of association

I printed the documents, filled them out and handed them over to the government office. I also bought the government work, which cost 96€ (6 revenue stamps of 16€ each).

On top of this cost is all the work I'm doing for AAX users at no cost. The goal is not to get paid, but to allow the largest number of users to be able to request a refund. For example, Nigerian users cannot afford a lawyer and therefore have lost their money.

Donations

Italian law allows the class action to receive donations to pay the costs of the activities to be carried out. A Crypto.com DeFi Wallet has been created to allow everyone to control transactions and how the donated money will be spent.

Il motivo per cui è stata creata

L'associazione rappresenta legalmente tutti i cittadini del mondo che vogliono chiedere il rimborso dei propri soldi ad AAX. Diventare soci non costa nulla, ogni associato dovrà solo pagare l'avvocato.
In caso fosse l'avvocato a truffare gli utenti, l'associazione può chiedere di essere difesa dalle forze dell'ordine italiane per qualunque reato commesso in Italia (ad esempio l'avvocato recupera i nostri soldi ma "dimentica" di restituirli ad alcuni utenti). Questo è estremamente importante in nazioni come la Russia, dove (secondo quanto riferito dagli stessi utenti russi) alla polizia non interessa nulla di tutelare i diritti dei cittadini contro AAX. L'associazione assicura agli utenti che l'avvocato faccia il proprio lavoro oppure sarà denunciato alle autorità a costo zero.
Riassumendo:

• chi entra a far parte dell'associazione può stare sicuro sul lavoro dell'avvocato e sarà difeso dalle forze dell'ordine italiane
• chi NON entra a far parte dell'associazione può essere difeso solo dalle forze dell'ordine della propria nazione e dovrà assumere un altro avvocato senza avere garanzie sul lavoro che svolge

Costo dell'associazione

Ho stampato i documenti, compilati e consegnati all'ufficio governativo. Ho anche comprato il lavoro del governo, costato 96€ (6 marche da bollo di 16€ l'una).

Oltre a questo costo c'è tutto il lavoro che sto svolgendo per gli utenti di AAX a costo zero. L'obiettivo non è essere pagato, ma permettere al maggior numero di utenti di poter chiedere il rimborso. Ad esempio, gli utenti Nigeriani non possono permettersi l'avvocato e perciò hanno perso i loro soldi.

Donazioni

La legge italiana consente alla class action di ricevere donazioni per pagare i costi delle attività da svolgere. È stato creato un portafoglio DeFi di Crypto.com per consentire a tutti di controllare le transazioni e come verrà speso il denaro donato.
