Welcome to Minnow Boot Camp ("MBC")/MBC-MEPS,

Our program is to help minnows attain 1,000 SP and in the process we will assist with creating quality content, ensure content is original, and ensure the growth of these individuals will create a positive Steemit platform.

This feature of members is intended to bring you the Officers behind the scenes and what we strive to achieve in our program.

Our fearless leader is the man behind the idea of adopting minnows and encouraging a mass amount of new people to remain on the Steemit blockchain. His experience with bringing a few minnows to great success encouraged him to branch out to help out the many.

Through his generosity, @underground has initiated this program that has captured the attention and support of whales, dolphins, and witnesses. The program consists of a merit system that is earned by participating in homework assignments and advancement with rank and awards.

During his spare time this guy loves silver, gold, and guns. If you have time to stop by, check out his blog and the other two he is running for @minnowbootcamp and @mbc-meps.

This numbers genius is behind many initiatives on Steemit, if you didn't know already then you do now! Not only does he show us how to invest wisely but shows us during many of his Live video instructions.

Don't let that "toot" bag fool you people, this is an up and coming Steemian who has the patience of a saint and the wisdom of a serpent. Many Steemian's flock to him, not only for advice but for his kind friendship.

You would not be disappointed by visiting his blogs and lucky if he calls you friend. His investment in MBC/MBC-MEPS as well as his trust in this initiative is what helped get it started.

Eagle Spirit is the Captain of MBC/MBC-MEPS under the direction of @underground. Many of the raw ideas of what can be done to improve the program and hands on work with minnows was initially her job. Some of these duties have now been given to our Non-Commissioned Officers (to be featured in our next post.) However, many of these organizational matters are still her responsibility.

If anyone has complaints or issues with their accounts, many questions on how to improve their blogs are directed to Eagle Spirit. Be careful what you ask for, since she takes bringing original content to Steemit very seriously.

In her spare time, @eaglespirit writes about photography, stacking silver and gold, and her Native American lineage and she just started a new initiative called Medicine Card Monday, so if you are interested in card readings go check her blog out.
