Hello friends, I hope you had a wonderful Sunday! Spending a day with friends is very relaxing but if we spend it in the countryside it's even better! This is a walk we did on Saturday, it was really a picnic and picnic day with some friends who own a piece of land and have turned it into a family nature park.
Hola amigos espero hayan pasado un maravilloso domingo! Pasar un d铆a con los amigos es muy liberador pero si la pasamos en el campo es mucho mejor! Este es un paseo que hicimos el s谩bado, realmente fue un d铆a de campo y picnic con unos amigos que son due帽o de un terreno y lo han convertido en un parque natural familiar.
It is a large lot with a lagoon and many trees, they have also cleared a space where you can play soccer or baseball. They have named it their refuge outside the city.
Es un terreno grande con una laguna y muchos 谩rboles, tambi茅n han limpiado un espacio donde se puede jugar futbol o beisbol. Ellos lo han bautizado como su refugio fuera de la ciudad.
After lunch I took the opportunity to walk around the place and take some pictures, the day was a bit hot but the shadows provided by the trees were refreshing. I thought I would find many birds as I could hear them singing in all the trees, but unfortunately I could not see them well, besides they were very fast and did not give me time to focus them well.
Despu茅s de comer aprovech茅 para recorrer el lugar y hacer unas fotograf铆as, el d铆a estaba algo caluroso pero las sombras que proporcionaban los 谩rboles eran refrescantes. Pens茅 que me encontrar铆a con muchos p谩jaros ya que se o铆an cantar en todos los 谩rboles, pero desafortunadamente no pod铆a verlos bien, adem谩s eran muy r谩pidos no me daban tiempo de enfocarlos bien.
One thing I did observe that I had never seen before was a blind snake. The owner of the land was clearing the weeds near where we were and suddenly unearthed this snake, I really do not know if it is poisonous and I did not want to inquire into that, but I was surprised that it had no eyes, I guess it does not need to live underground. We didn't know which was the head and which was the tail, after observing it for a while we released it again far away from us!
Algo que si pude observar y que nunca hab铆a visto es una culebra ciega. El due帽o del terreno se puso a limpiar la maleza que hab铆a cerca de donde est谩bamos y de repente desenterr贸 esta culebra, realmente no se si es venenosa y no quise indagar en eso, pero me sorprendi贸 que no tuviera ojos, supongo que no le hacen falta para vivir bajo tierra. No sab铆amos cual era la cabeza ni cual la cola, despu茅s de observarla un rato la liberamos de nuevo lejos de nosotros!
In the late afternoon we were able to watch the sunset, and then we packed up and left before the mosquitoes woke up. It was a different and very pleasant day. I hope to do it again soon!
Al final de la tarde pudimos observar el atardecer, y luego recogimos todas las cosas para irnos antes que los mosquitos se despertaran. Fue un d铆a diferente y muy agradable. Espero repetirlo pronto!
