Every afternoon after my short nap I look at the mini garden in front of my house and I can see that there is a spinach tree growing in my polybag while in the polybag there are other plants that I planted a few weeks ago. The sad thing is that there is only one stalk of spinach, if the vegetable is not a good composition with the amount of spinach, meanwhile if it is thrown away I feel it would be a shame, so I had the idea to mix it with pears that I had previously had, then I I also remember that I still had oranges and I still have them now.

For these smoothies, I don't really care what ingredients are in them, what is clear is that the smoothies I make must be without sugar and the ingredients used are also healthy for my body. However, right now I just combine the ingredients in my fridge. However, why do I dare to combine these 3 ingredients because I believe in the power of oranges, their strong taste and aroma will be able to disguise spinach which smells a little raw or unpleasant, as well as pears which don't have a strong taste when combined with spinach. and I'm sure the taste will be very bland, especially since the smoothies I make don't use any additional granulated sugar or sweeteners.

And because of this, the presence of orange in these two ingredients managed to create the perfect combination to complement the two ingredients and when I added the orange juice I managed to create the perfect taste, a strong aroma that comes from orange so it disguises the earthy smell of spinach leaves. raw, then the sweet taste of the orange fruit also manages to blend well with the pear and spinach so that there is a sweet taste that is produced and I like the combination of all of them. And to make these smoothies, you already know the ingredients, of course, including:

  1. 1 branch of spinach tree
  2. 1/ 2 pears
  3. 1 sweet orange
  4. 1 glass of water

How to make :

1. What is clear about all this is that you wash all the ingredients thoroughly

2. Then I peeled the pears, removed the seeds and put them in a blender

3. After that, I added the spinach, of which I only selected the young leaves and stems

4. Then I cut the orange in half and removed the seeds, after that I squeezed it and mixed everything into the ingredients that had first been put into the blender.

5. The final step is to add water and powder until smooth.

6. Green smoothies are ready for me to drink.

There's only 1 portion of this smoothie and I finished it straight away without sharing it with anyone, it tastes quite good, but if you still consume granulated sugar then you can add granulated sugar, honey or palm sugar. Have fun and greetings from me Maytom, Indonesia
