Travelling has always given me much in the way of artistic and spiritual inspiration. When I have felt a little lost or a hint of melancholy, a quick getaway has often done wonders for my well being. The mind is very much in touch with the body and I make sure to exercise both while on my travels.
My travels in the Swiss lands continued to provide me with historic insight and I had a lot to reflect on during my time there. On the rare occasion I will encounter a place that will spur some deeper thoughts of inspiration which I will want to take back home with me. This might be a souvenir, a value from teaching or similar point of reflection.
