MY APPLICATION TO THE NEWBIES INITIATIVE

Hi everyone. I'm Mayowa Emmanuel, a newbie here on Hive.

As a normal requirement for this program here is my application post for the Newbies intiative.

WHAT IS THE NEWBIE INITIATIVE AND WHAT ARE MY THOUGHTS ABOUT IT?

The Newbie initiative is a program aimed towards helping newbies navigate the rough terrains of the platform. The program has been going on for a while now, and from my personal research, I can see that many people have been, through this program, helped to find their path on Hive.

I'm a strong believer of mentorship and one of the things I tried to do when I joined Hive was to search for possible mentors that'll help guide me through this new journey.
To me, this initiative is an opportunity I cannot afford to miss because I see it as a way for me to accelerate my learning process.

I think the reason why this is formed is more of a long term goal (building much values that will improve the quality of the blockchain) than a short term goal (helping the users especially newbies gain a quick experience about how the blockchain runs and for the purpose of fast-tracking their reputation and earnings on the blockchain).
Although the long term purpose of this program will eventually be of benefit to the entire blockchain (and not just to a selected number of persons). However, it may be difficult to achieve the long term purpose without the short term purpose. Therefore, the short term goal of helping newbies is also a very crucial part that cannot override.

MY REASON FOR APPLYING FOR THE NEWBIES INITIATIVE

The purpose of joining this initiative is to connect with other resourceful people, link with authors from various parts of the world to learn more from them and increase my own knowledge too, interact with fellow newbies and make more connections, be of help to other people as much as i am capable of, and as well as benefitting from the HIVE rewards that comes with every post i make throughout the initiative program.

WHAT IS MY BLOG ALL ABOUT??

Basically, the topics I'll be writing about include, but not limited to;

1. Finance: Foreign exchange, currencies, crypto, CPA offers, business models. The finance industry is broad so I will like to still continue to learn more and about new things

2. Marketing: the lifeblood of any business

3. Direct Response: psychology and the human behavior

4. Lifestyle: basically the way of my daily living and activities

5. Sports: I love sports so much, do in particular (A red Devil) and I'll be posting stuffs about sports from time to time.

6. Nature: The weather, oceans, I love animals and I like to talk about them.
