驴Por qu茅 juzgamos?

Friends of @Holos-Lotus I have seen and suffered as in our daily lives, external judgments are a constant. All, at some point, have issued or received judgments about our actions, behaviors, decisions or our image. The judgments not only come from others, we also apply them to ourselves, we create a constant evaluation cycle that can be both constructive and destructive. It is where I want to get to the impact of these judgments that are part of our human experience that contribute to the way we perceive and interact with others.
Are the judgments about others natural?Since childhood, we learn to compare and evaluate behaviors. It is something inherent in our ability to develop social relationships, understand the environment and establish norms.
What is the problem then?In my opinion it is given to the extent that these judgments become negative, based on prejudices or stereotypes, that makes us stop considering the complexity of human experience. What ease we judge others superficially and almost always leads us to misunderstandings, conflicts and a lack of empathy.
My physical image, for example, has been judged on many occasions by the Tattoo that I have decided to have, perhaps in another place it could go unnoticed because they are not exaggeratedly large or so striking, however in the small town of the interior where I live it is still thought that this type of body art is only for people who were imprisoned, it looks like a joke but it is so.Therefore, the inquisitor looks become uncomfortable or at least at the beginning they were.
Instead of seeking to understand the reasons behind the actions of others, it is more frequent to fall into the labeling trap, create divisions that are difficult to overcome.
As much as we do not like we live in a society where the opinion of others sometimes has more weight than our own perception of ourselves.
This phenomenon that has always existed has intensified in the digital era.We are exposed and that makes us vulnerable we have already seen more than one affected in their self -esteem with anxiety problems and doubts about the value of his life.
It can manifest in various ways.We want so much to be accepted and valued that, we sacrifice our essence for the good of external approval. This would be an internal conflict that at least I do not want to fall, it would be a constant struggle between who we are and what we feel we should be, a difficult dissonance to cope with.
It is true that we cannot control the opinions of others, but we can work on our self -acceptance and in the way we respond to those judgments.
Promoting empathy towards others is always the shortest path. How good it would be to build an environment of understanding, less critical, more empathetic, recognizing that we all fight with the desire for belonging, we can be more compassionate and less hurried in our judgments.
Why do we judge? What motivates us to issue opinions about others?
These are questions that we could develop for a deeper understanding of ourselves and our interaction with others. It will be a process that will not only make us free from the weight of others, but also empowers us to create more sincere and significant relationships.
External judgments are inherent to human experience, but their weight does not have to be an insurmountable and eternal burden.
That it would be good to cultivate empathy, self -acceptance and acceptance of others, it is necessary to learn to navigate the complex landscape of judgments, both own and others, find a sense of peace and authenticity in our lives.
