Hi everybody! This weekend was a special one because one of my friends from childhood, the bride, got married. It is incredible to see the kids you grew up with the nice adults they are today. Also, I saw the bride's sister and brothers after a long time and remembered nice and funny childhood moments.
The location was a nice one, around a lake, with both indoor and outdoor spots.
You can see here the lake and the views around 馃憞
The views are kind of rustic because the wedding takes place in a township very close to the city, but somehow in the countryside.
A nice surprise was also a guy who was invited to play an African drum. The rhythms were incredibly vibrant and the wedding guests started to frantically dance.
I have also enjoyed the possibility of making cool photos on the spot.
As you can see, in the left corner of this photo where there is an umbrella, was installed a photo spot where a photo camera automatically took photos. You could use all sorts of wigs, eyeglasses, or hats to look ''prettier'' in the photos which were delivered instantly.
There were around 100 guests and the restrictions were quite ''non-restrictive'' 馃き I wasn't sure how will this gonna happen, but fortunately we felt so ''normal'' that I have almost forgotten how that feels. We have also benefited for a short time from the presence of the mayor of the town, one of the guests of the bride, considering their past work-related history.
What a formidable way of passing the weekend! It was a day wedding, so I am not that tired and I can still enjoy a Sunday morning with nice wedding memories and chilling in the house.
Have a nice end of the week! Best!
