Monday morning run

140kg sumo deadlift
Today was my first day trying out the sumo deadlift stance (wider legs with arms inside). I failed 140kg 2/3 attempts over the last few weeks with my old stance (arms outside of legs), but managed to pull

The 2022 bulk starts here.. Week 1
I wanna go hard in the gym this year and make some good gains. I've bulked up before (my heaviest weight is 94kg) but I did it a bit too dirty and had quite a lot of fat. Trying to start a bulk again now,

Dance Games Boss Mix Pass!
