I used to think so. But I don't think the date was chosen. There is no evidence for it at all, and there is evidence that the date is correct. Nor is there for the pagan merge. Plus for 300 years, the biggest empire ever tried all it could to get rid of the Christians... then all of the sudden they all accepted a fake version of it... a bit strange as well. Think this is all DaVinci code nonsense.
