fortunately we don't get that much snow too often, and here at the coast it is actually quite rare. but at least once a year we get a huge helping here too, while people inland towards the mountains can enjoy the white beauty quite frequently. I was surprised myself when I first came here about how much it snows sometimes, as my image of Japan was a bit different in this terms. but I also like to have some snow in winter, as it can be quite some fun too. at least when you don't have to drive too much.
