I ask you, ¿Have you ever felt lonely?

I ask you, has that feeling of being alone and at the same time close to so many people ever invaded you? In particular I want to share these moments of the last years of my existence, sadness and loneliness have drastically filled my life in a very short time and this is motivated by many events that have happened to me especially the loss of my first mother. prematurely since he was still a young and apparently healthy person. He had a severe heart attack and died, then the following year my father's departure. So that is not enough, the situation of the country that we live in Venezuela has allowed most of the people, especially young people, to have emigrated to other countries in search of a better quality and solution of life, including my son and now too. For almost two years the global pandemic, which keeps us locked up at home and affects us all. All these events and this situation have had adverse effects on my mental health, which negatively affects my physical health, causing me some depression and anxiety. I know that at some point we have all experienced that feeling of loneliness and emptiness. Human beings are social by nature, which means that we need contact and relationship with other people, but I simply did not provoke or speak with anyone, I totally isolated myself from the world, my refuge was reading and at some point a friend of my parents arrived and he began to cheer me up, definitely life always has a reason for being.
