“All our dreams can come true, if we have the courage to pursue them.” – Walt Disney
When I was a little boy I was told I could be what ever I want to be when I grow up. A few decades later I am no where near what I want to be but I am still aspire to reach where I want to be. The dream of what I want to become is not mainly of wealth, power, or fame. Yet every day I work in the rat race in pursue of making enough to pay the bills and take care of the family.
As time ticks away I am no closer to the dream of what I wanted pursue ever since I was a little kid, but it has not been that I did nothing to try to obtain it. Instead I have taken for granted the time I had while young in not putting more effort into trying to reach my aspirations. With what time I have left I need to change my mindset and focus on the tasks at hand so that I can complete them and be closer to reaching my dreams.
A final thought to all this is even if I do not achieve my dreams I have realized if only I tried I will not feel so bad. Not trying will only lead to me having regrets. Trying but not putting in 100% is also going to make me feel bad. Bottom line if I truly want to achieve my dreams I need to put in the time and effort.
Thanks for reading and best of luck with chasing your dreams.
