Have you ever heard about natural wine? Yes, I did. I did heard about this "crazy" thing, I tried it, I discussed about it and...I fell in love with it!
Wine is art, expression, sacrifice, poetry, something that belongs to mankind since thousands of years, and unfortunately it has been suppressed by the logic of gain and industrialization. But, finally, it's returning to its origins and becoming stronger!
Just look at these colors, this is what the soil wants to give us, this is how some really experienced producers are respecting the nature and the soil! Thanks to their hard work, knowledge and patience, they are trying to make the connection between nature and human being strong and respectful. Really, there is no need to use all those chemicals that modern industry is adopting (additives, colourings, flavourings...) to create such a lovely and amazing product.
I hope you people like this post, I am just trying to share my opinion about something I think is important for all of us, and to push you a little bit to expand your horizons, to start to know things that might seem "out of the box".
