George Orwell, in his iconic book 1984, describes what has become the prototype of a dystopian society, an oppressive government and an instruction manual on how to destroy freedom and democracy. One of the main tools/weapons of "the Party" (the oppressive government in the book) was disinformation disseminated from their so-called "Ministry of Truth", as the quote above describes.

Unfortunately, the book also seems to be the road map Trump is following to destroy America.

Today, during another one of his campaign style misinformation blatherings, Trump actually said:

"Just remember, what you are seeing and what you are reading is not what’s happening."

I believe this is good evidence that Trump is unraveling after his disastrous travel abroad last week, culminating in his poopy puppy display in front of his boss, Comrade Putin, in Helsinki. In a pathetic attempt to save himself, he is acting more and more like the dick-tater he wants to be by trying to discredit the mounting evidence of his fraud and criminality. I will be posting more evidence of this unraveling in the next few days, as it will surely become a steady stream of nonsense.

Until then, if you haven't read 1984, you should. Here is a link to download a free copy from Archive.org:

The first time I read 1984 was in 1984, and I remember thinking that it was a fantastic book, but impossible to happen here in America. It was a prescient warning, but never in my wildest nightmares could I imagine we would be living in a society as described in the book, and certainly not in my lifetime. Yet, here we are.

It's 1984, all over again.
