Sure, I like to stack it tall with as many ounces as possible, but I was looking through my stack this evening...hugging it, caressing it, whispering sweet nothings into her ears (a sure sign of Stackitis) and one of the pieces stood out to me. It's this one below:
This one has a special place in my silver heart. It was a Christmas gift from my youngest daughter Freyja. You see, the wifey and I decided for some inexplicable reason to have another baby last year (#5 and the oldest is 17). I didn't mention I was all that bright. But nonetheless I have another future stacker to bring up right and not only will this one be locked away in deep storage, it will be a valuable teaching coin down the road for when she is older.
Leading research shows that Stackitits may be genetic so I'm not sure the poor girl stands a chance...my point is this, we've made teaching our kids about money, investing and sound money a part of our lives. I've started to talk with them about stocks, bonds, fiat money, gold, silver, crypto the whole works. I'm hoping to do my part to break this crazy cycle the world seems to be on. Hopefully we can get a few others to do the same.
