I lived in Istanbul for three years because of my father's job. Everytime I took the boat to go from Europe to Asia, I could see a panorama or churches and mosques. I love its' multicultural aspect. Turkey was a multicultural country for a long time. Yet today, this diversity is fading away as the minorities, including the Jews of Turkey are leaving. I think there is a change of atmosphere which tends towards fascism and endangers this beautiful country's cultural heritage.
