Roy really wants to get a hardfork implemented which would reduce the powerdown period to a couple of days. I am really missing the due dilligence from Tron's team.
Roy really sounds like he is very far away from blockchain technicalities.
Really don't get the narrative of Roy. He just wants to do the exchanges a favour by reducing the powerdown time for them? If there would be a direct contract between steem and the exchanges it would make sense to me, but without conditions it seems weird.
