The reforms needed in Education system.

Though the world has produced top class scientists, engineers, doctors, programmers and many others. But what about the others? Classmates? Where are they? What they are doing?

The education policy is diverse in different countries but the intention of providing quality education is identical. Education teaches us how to live or how to survive… Why we have to survive is another discussion…

‘Learn and teach’ has been the methodology of our peers. There are sciences, discoveries and other fields, arts etc. purpose of teaching is to explore what is hidden in oneself. What that human being is capable of. Then there is education that after exploration depicts the fine representation of the studies in that exploration.

:” Dad: So what do you like to study Mark??
Mark: Dad, I love programming. OMG, after learning HTML and CSS I will be capable of constructing and designing web pages. This is awesome dad. ”:

This is what that kid has explored. But the main thing to focus is what about the class fellows of Mark? Who are not aware of their hidden talent or their likings or disliking’s?

What happens to them? They turn out to be the most frustrated students with no interest towards studies and education systems are never about providing education. They prepare us to face other challenges in life and how to implement the rules, which they have learned in their schools and colleges.

With frustration, some turns out to be thugs, thieves or sometimes fight with other. Get angry in no time. There are the signs of frustration or it all happens when they see no light in the dark room of difficult life. Drinking, smoking…. High on drugs…

When asked, what are the reasons…?
There is nothing for us in this life. There is nothing to do for us…
So, what about those others…??

The point is simple. Education systems is not about learning and earning. It is about LIVING… Living with others. Living with other’s happiness. At some places, we are all responsible. How? Let’s start with the most to least responsible…

The government policies matters the most. The people running different NGOs and institutions have a little responsibility. If the amount of untrained people cannot be broken down then at least it can be reduced.
The others should be provided by the opportunity to study the field of their interest. But again there are some problems face by different people. John wanted to be a singer but his dad wants him to be a doctor. No, you can’t produce a doctor like that. You can never have a doctor like that. And if John becomes a doctor then again he will be a bad doctor. Sorry sir, red lights…. That doctor is not able to save humanity…
Madam Z likes bright students. She got angry on those who are average or below average that demands more attention from Ma’am Z. But Ma’am Z always prefer the bright ones. So the punishment and ignorance will divide the students into categories. Those who got love will love to study more to impress their teacher. The OTHERS will start getting jealous. That jealousy at ground level will increase later. So, at some place, the ones delivering are also responsible.

The point is clear. We need reforms at every stage. It is not about education. People learn at every stage off their lives. These little reforms can change the way of thinking and if the head of the family is good and can understand things and is a responsible person, then the rest of the family will be under control and will turn out to be responsible and good for the society.
