Hello there everybody, i am here to share another pencil art today. for the last few days i have been focused on digital painting and i thought i should visit the pencil area once more(because its way more comfortable).
so i took out a reference photo and started drawing it.....
for this drawing i am thinking of making it very detailed. because i wanna make a detailed portrait its taking way longer.
also i decided to push things a little bit. so instead of doing a normal portrait i decided to darken it up a little bit more.
i always use reference photo and its hard for me to draw anything from concept so when i wanted to make a darker portrait i simply bleached the reference photo. and now i am able to see what the portrait should look like with all the darker values.
anyway, this is the far i have gotten:
in this part everything is a little more darker than they should be and i think its looking really good.
i am thinking about going over my old drawings and making them darker like this one already, ha ha ha......
anyway, even though i am only half way to the portrait, i would like to show you the process shots, because there will possibly be more process shots after this.(because the skin and hair is really a hard part)
i will be posting the full portrait once its done.
