The growth of the company I work for makes me feel disoriented.
I was there almost in the beginning, it was meaningful to be in touch with as much people as possible, and it was possible.
Now I don't know most of them, some of the ones who I related to where fired or left, and I don't have time anymore to have a funny conversation over the phone or laugh for a while.
Time consumes my work.
And I feel dissapointed that I was not offered a position with more responsability.
And like this is wander around, feeling that after one year I have already done what I had to do, trying to learn new things in my live that will bring me forward.
Just wanted to share this strange professional feeling, as if it was the first time ever
this feeling that company growth brings.., this detachment, can't find the word...,
