You can not help feeling sad and upset alone, indeed not all things can be shared and sometimes you may be more comfortable to write in the daily book or even vent through sosmed status if you're upset. Actually the better thing is to find the best friend, family or closest person who can be trusted to be a place to devote all the unrest. You alone can judge whether the person can keep a secret or not. Talking to the nearest person not only gives a relieving effect to our anxiety, but they will become a support system so we will not be constantly anxious. Talking over the phone or meeting someone else can be an anxiety remedy because they can provide solutions or entertain when we need them.
