I Hope, following the advice of Mr Jude, the CEO did not need to reduce the employees from the company by making a new plan and profits started coming into the company.

Involving interior services is something that will generate lots of funds as they don't have to depend only on exteriors.

So their new plan is something that is time consuming and requires energy in order for services to be rendered faster . So more hands will surely be needed and with this the already existing staff are safe.
