Life is beautiful and filled with lots of unexpected occurrences. We have lots of wishes most times we doubt ourselves if these can actually happen or just a wishful thought.
But Jeniffer is a girl who believes strongly that achieving anything in life requires a fight for it. Jennifer is a young girl who left Omuke, her village, to a city to further her education.
Before leaving, she left lots of memories behind which when she remembers makes her know where she comes from and what she has. Emeka is also a young man from Omuke, who is betrothed to Jennifer.
Everyone in the village of Omuke knows these two to be the lovebirds that make the daily news. After she left for the city to further her education, Emeka, being a businessman focussed on his business waiting for her to finish school.
After some time , it became difficult for Emeka to reach Jennifer on the phone. After all, trials were abortive. From months it turned to year, from year to year Jennifer stopped calling, and stopped visiting home during holidays. Emeka still didn't hear from her.
One day, Emeka visited her house to find out if her mother is also finding it hard to reach her. She responded so harshly to Emeka with the pain of not knowing the reason behind that. Emeka felt bad both for the woman and left for his house. On his way he met Bridget. Bridget is a daughter to one of the richest men in the whole village with over five different companies around the cities.
Seeing how down Emeka looked , Bridget decided to find out what could be the issue. From the conversation, they walked together discussing. After a while, Emeka and Bridget started being serious friends which got the villagers into gossiping.
Years passed and nothing was heard from Jennifer. Emeka and Bridget are still working on their love path which is going smoothly. It was a day for Bridget to introduce Emeka to her parents. After the introduction was made, he was received happily into the family with open arms. After spending quality time in the mansion with Bridget and family, he decided to call it a day by going home.
On his way home with Bridget seeing him off, something happened. A bike man with a lady at the back drove past Emeka and Bridget. Jennifer seeing Emeka with Bridget, her childhood friend, was happy and at the same time in thought maybe something fishy must have been going on since Emeka hasn't heard from her for a very long time.

With the shock, she shouted at Emeka's name abruptly but didn't get any response from him. Which even made her think more her instinct was telling her the truth. She got home, her mom received her happily although in shock to see her as she didn't tell her anything about returning.
The next day, she visited Emeka to explain why she stopped reaching him after she left the village for University. Her school being a private University doesn't allow the use of smartphones which made her sold hers at the discovery.
Emeka who felt she wasn't telling the truth didn't say much but only agreed to have heard all she said. While still conversing, Bridget walked in. Jennifer, who doesn't know what Bridget will be looking for in Emeka's house, quietly waits to see where the conversation will lead to.
When she found out that they are already together, she asked Emeka but didn't get any positive response. She began seeing Bridget as her bone of contention. The two childhood friends become enemies, the villagers knew about this and tried to settle this fight for them but to no avail.
Until one day, Jennifer's mother took Jennifer to Emeka's.
"I will want us to visit Bridget's house and have something like a brief discussion. After the discussion, you make your choice who you want to spend your life with,so the other can rest. These two ladies are disgracing themselves and it doesn't speak well". Jennifer's mum said.
Bridget's parents were informed about this and they agreed, the day for the meeting arrived. While Bridget and her parents were all seated waiting patiently for their guest to arrive.
On their arrival, what was supposed to be a meeting turned out to be a confession day instead. On seeing Jennifer's mother, Bridget's father shouted in shock.
"Adaeze!! Have been hearing a lot about these quarrels between the girls, I never knew it was something related to someone I know very well". Bridget's dad said.
"I was shocked too when I found out the same. Anyways we are here to find out what the conclusion will be so that we all can rest". Adaeze said.
After some time, Emeka was asked to choose the ladies who he's truly in love with. After reminiscing about how he started with Jennifer, he chose Jennifer.
After the meeting, the ice was broken as Adeze announced how Jennifer is also the daughter of the top business guru. She narrated a story of how the man proffered love to her. Being naive, she fell for his malicious lies and got pregnant for him. Being a period in his life he was still trying to figure out how to become successful, abandoning Adaeze to bear the responsibility alone.
After going through the phase alone, she met up her mind to train her child and act like something like that never happened. She kept the secret to herself until this case brought them together. The whole family reunited and Emeka got married to Jennifer with Bridget being their Chief Bridesmaid.
