Ha sido complicado para mí retomar la creación y publicación de contenido dado que he estado bastante afectada emocionalmente por la situación de mi país, Venezuela🇻🇪🥺Estando tan lejos físicamente, he intentado estar cerca lo más posible 📱Pero hacerlo también me ha llenado de mucha frustración, rabia y tristeza. Así que decidí que volveré a publicar para seguir haciendo lo que más me gusta y me mantiene concentrada.
Yo tenía muchas emociones alteradas el domingo 28 de julio por el tema de las elecciones. Así que le comenté a un amigo si podía ir al gimnasio con él ese día y de esa manera, drenar y distraerme un poco. Su respuesta fue que "obvio que sí", y nos fuimos a entrenar. Yo nunca había ido a un gimnasio acá en Chile y no tenía idea de cómo usar las máquinas. Menos mal mi amigo Luis siempre asiste, y fue mi guía durante casi dos horas que allí estuvimos. Me explicaba para que servía cada una, y me colocaba el peso adecuado para una principiante como yo🤭Después de darlo todo en nuestra rutina de ejercicio, nos encontramos afuera con estos carros en forma de animales al salir, y mi amigo, quién es muy extrovertido, me animó a montarnos como niños pequeños y dar un paseo en ellos. Me dio pena al inicio, pero luego entendí que fue lo mejor. Nos reímos demasiado durante todo el rato.
Finalmente, nos dió hambre y nos acercamos a una cafetería vegana que vende comida sin azúcar y sin gluten, además de Bubble Tea🧋. Todo me pareció fresco y rico, desde la tarta de frutos rojos, el bizcocho de zanahoria y chocolate, y las bebidas. Alli nos sentamos mi amigo Luis y yo, por casi una hora, hablando, riendo, conociéndonos más y creando este lindo momento.
A pesar de que en la noche todo se volvió negro al escuchar el resultado de las elecciones 🇻🇪😔, por lo menos me queda el recuerdo de que ese día intenté algo nuevo, y que busqué la manera de drenar mis negativos sentimientos.
Si estás en Venezuela o fuera de ella ahora , te mando un fuerte abrazo. Creo que la gran mayoría compartimos las mismas emociones, el mismo anhelo 🕊️🇻🇪

It has been complicated for me to create and publish content since I have been quite emotionally affected by the situation in my country, Venezuela🇻🇪🥺Being so far away physically, I have tried to be close as much as possible 📱But doing so has also filled me with a lot of frustration, anger and sadness. So I decided that I will post again to keep doing what I love the most and keeps me focused.
I had a lot of different emotions on Sunday, July 28 because of the election issue. So I asked a friend if I could go to the gym with him that day and in that way, I could drain and distract myself a little. His answer was "of course", and then we went to work out. I had never been to a gym here in Chile and had no idea how to use the machines. Luckily my friend Luis always attends, so he was my guide for almost two hours that we were there. He explained to me what each one was for, and set the right weight for a beginner like me🤭After giving it our all in our exercise routine, we found these animal-shaped carts outside on our way out, and my friend, who is very extroverted, encouraged me to get on them like little kids and take a ride on them. I was embarrassed at first, but then I realized it was for the best. We laughed so hard the whole time.
Finally, we got hungry and went to a vegan coffee shop that sells sugar-free and gluten-free food, as well as Bubble Tea 🧋 Everything was fresh and delicious, from the red fruit tart, the carrot and chocolate cake, and the beverages. We sat there for almost an hour, talking, laughing, and getting to know each other better and creating this beautiful moment.
Even though at night everything went black when I heard the election results 🇻🇪😔, at least I have the memory that I tried something new that day, and that I looked for a way to drain my negative feelings.
