"Man up,Men Don't Cry!".
"Be a big boy,big Boys Don't Cry".
"Stop behaving like a woman".

This trend is very common in the African society where tears is associated with the female gender. It is claimed that shedding tears is weakness and as such men are not supposed to be seen crying.
Statements like those mentioned above and more have made it look like it is a sign of "weakness" for a man to express his emotions, and as a result, men keep quiet or refuse to express thier hurt for fear of being misunderstood.
They are made to die in silence, or their hurt turns into anger gradually.
The male gender is trained from infanthood to be strong and all unexpressive. They teach him to be a hard man. These boys being humans learn to bottle emotions and act like all is fine when people are around.

They grow up to mistake strength for ability to get broken without crying.
They grow up hardened and nothing gets to them.
They grow up unconcerned and as a result the females in thier life can't get to understand thier moods or when they are hurt and angry because they are taught to smile always.
In this part of our world, being "a man" comes with lots of responsibilities as you NEVER have to appear WEAK.
From my point of view, I feel tears have nothing to do with strength or weakness.
Don't forget there is tears of Joy too.
Let the man cry,let him ease himself, let him feel emotional too.
Sincerely,It is okay to cry sometimes.
It is okay to let go of those choky emotions. There is no harm in being vulnerable sometimes.
Dear Men,You too are human, hence, the tendency to get caught in a web of emotion.
Feel free to Let it go, let those tears all out when need arises, and see how better you'll feel afterwards.

No! You are not being weak, you are not acting like "a woman". You are simply just being human.
There is a baby in you that needs comfort, there is a child in you that wants to be consoled.
Don't let anyone make you feel bad for being expressive.
