It felt as if a sledge hammer was sent into my face as his fist connected straight to my jaw, shattering the bones there in the process. I felt red all over my jaw and grunted in pain as I was propelled backwards against a tree due to the force of the punch.
I was badly dazed since I wasn't expecting this guy to pack this much force in his punches. I stood up immediately in time to receive another thunderclap punch at my face. I was flung aside with blood dripping from the corners of my mouth. He transformed to his wolf and lept into the air straight at me. I rolled away from his landing position and stunted up to my feet.
"I see momma only taught you how to take hits and dodge right?" He taunted and came at me again. This time, his approach was different. He conjured lightening around his fist and hurled it at me as he came forward. I sidestepped the lightening quick enough. My jaw was almost done healing now.
He came closer to me and launched his fangs at me. I was already in my human form so I ducked under the bite and sent a punch into his face. He hit his head on a tree beside up and that was the leverage i needed. I threw three quick punches straight at him then conjured lightening round my palm and slammed it on his temple. He howled in pain as I fried half his face into a burnt offering. I lifted him up and slammed him on the ground. All the while, I could hear him howling and groaning.
In his defence, He lashed his claws at me but I was quick to make a backflip and move away from his strike. As I landed from my flip, I turned into my wolf and lurched forward at him. I stumbled into him as we both crashed into a bamboo plantation breaking a few bamboo sticks.
Time was running out. I needed to take this guy out soon and by soon, I meant NOW. He dipped his claws into my stomach and as I grunted, he sent his teeth into my shoulder. I angrily pressed down on his neck and blocked his air passage. He had to let go of his bite grip to get some air. As soon as he did, I went straight for his neck and tore a great deal of his flesh away. His blood painted my face. I bit deeper into his neck and threw him some metres away again some bamboo sticks. He was breathing hard now and losing energy. I dipped both claws into his chest and stomach in quick successions.
"Please, I have kids at home" he whispered.
"So did the many men and women you and your Alpha killed" I replied and broke a bamboo tree in two, lifted one half to stab him when her drove another bamboo through my own heart.
I stood there, facing this bloodied guy gasping for breath. I felt like the whole world was passing through me as he pushed the bamboo harder and it punctured through my back. I looked him in the eye. He was grinning.
Slowly, my vision blurred and down I went.
