Real estate
Investing in flat 18 500 eiro and renting it I was earning 1 800 eior annually!
It's almost 10% a year, but it was safe investmet in real value with clear awareness of expected profits and risks!
Stocks
I didn't have any experience in investing at stocks but I was very passionated.
I bought 2 local stock companies.
Olainfarm 500 stocks 6 eiro each
Ventspils nafta 2000 stocks 1 eiro each
Before I ivested I calculated the exit price, for Olainfarm 8 eiro for Ventspils nafta 4.5 eiro based un book value.
But my lack of experience dind't let me stick to the plan.
Olainfarm rose to 8 eiro per share quickly but my greed dind't let me sell it than it said:
sell when it's 9 eiro, you will get more money!!!
Sadly I listen to it and later sold my shaers for 7 eiro per share!
Still, good 500 eiro profit for 5 months!
Now the fun part
Ventspils nafta rose from 1 eiro to 2 eiro, there wasn't any information why, there wasn't movemonet for 4 months and I was impatient to my previons decision to sell it for 4.50 eiro and I sold it for 2 eiro!
My emotions changed as market moved and I was already thinking about that 2000 eiro profit!
After I sold it, there was news that other company are buying Ventspils nafta for 4.56 eiro per share!
Hey, but still 100% gain in lest than a year!
Lesson learned!
Forex
Yes, yes the good old FOREX!
Some of you will say that they are making money there, but for me it was too harsh!
Actually Forex wasn't harsh but my greed, impatience, chasing comeback, easy money takes over me!
And leverage dose not help at all! :D
Lost around 2000 eiro there, but still LESSON LEARNED.
In summary I want to say that all this experience helped me not only know more about the markets, but know more about myself!
