Anti-immflamatory herbal hot water infusion (or, as we like to say, steepin') for my family today. Made from dried herbs. The mountain mint was from the garden of 
1 part gotu kola powder
2 parts ginger
4 parts Virginia mountain mint
8 parts nettle
The resulting infusion was a deep green, slightly bitter, highly nutritive, with anti-immflamatory and anti-histamine properties, and a little zing on the tongue. A little promise of spring on a snowy, grey day.
