Personally, I would say I love/prefer the varieties of weather we have over here in Nigeria. There's just something special about having to experience the various seasons, even though some can be uncomfortable, I don't really see anything interesting in having to go through a whole year without any real change in the weather.
And you know what? Over here you can always tell which season is coming in/we're in just from the things happening around; you don't really need anyone to tell you that the rainy season is on its way/here, and there's always something good about the rainy season, especially when it rains when you're indoors or at night; the sleep is always so different... same way you don't really need anyone to tell you that the dry season is also coming in... You can just tell. We don't always enjoy it, though; well, every season has its own. That's just it, but during the dry season it is always dusty and uncomfortable; you see people going about with a nose mask and all, not to talk of the harmattan period too鈥攊t is always a cold season followed by dusty environments too...
All of these seasons/weathers are good in their own way. But then, I'd enjoy the rainy season; it is way better than the heat period. It is easy to go about your daily activities then under cool weather even though you can't always tell when it will pour, but like I said, all seasons are good in their own way, but to me the rainy season is better than the heat period; heat can be very frustrating and uncomfortable...
I very well understand that some may be living in a place where the weather kind of follows a regular pattern, more like they have stable weather, while some can be like us here in Nigeria, where we have different seasons but may prefer to have just one that goes throughout the year, but I would still choose this one we have, I mean this variety where we have to go through the different ones. The experience isn't always good, but I like it. You know, a little change here and there at times makes things more interesting.
