You know, the fact that you experienced something beautiful doesn't always mean that it is the biggest thing that has ever happened to you, and it doesn't always as well mean that because they're not so big, then they're not beautiful. Sometimes it happening alone makes us happy and see that all our efforts hasn't gone to waste, and that we're making progress even if it's little.

Well, for me that would be securing a job with ISON EXPERIENCES last month. Well, I actually do not men's to talk about it yet, andi do have my reasons, but then I'm grateful and thankful for it, even though it isn't what I would have wanted, it is a great way to start. I completed my service year just two months ago and since then, I've been thinking about a lot, and even though I've gotten to go for some interviews and apply for some jobs online too, none is forthcoming. And when this came, I decided to give it a shot.

The job isn't an easy one, starting from the interview, to the screening, to the training, to the test/exam part and all, all was demanding. And eat every stage people were getting laid off. There are times I wonder if I won't be part of those who're getting laid off again, not because I'm not doing my best, but there's that fear inside of me. Especially seeing how people were getting laid off almost after every stage.

Well, I kept putting in my best, and I kept my hopes alive, sitting at home all day doing nothing ain't helping, and as a guy, there's a lot on the line. Thankfully, I made it through all the stages, and at the end of the day, I got the job, 15 of us did, out of about 80-100 who started. I was happy and at the same time felt bad for those who didn't make it, especially those who only got laid off at the very last stage.

What makes it more beautiful for me wasn't just about getting the job, but about what I was able to learn, the people I got to meet, the experience I would gather and the understanding of how things work in a professional setting/environment. You know, I've seen some online work about customer service representatives, and I couldn't apply for it because I know almost nothing about it, especially about the knowledge of the tools for working that's always a criteria, but now I don't just know about it, I'm working with it, and I really hope that in few months time I would know my way around those tools really well and be able to apply for those remote works.

In-between, there's still a long way for me to go, this isn't my bus stop. There's still a lot to do and achieve, and to be honest with you, even as at now, I'm still very well open to better opportunities and hoping to get something even much more better than this. I appreciate what I've got,. I'm grateful for where I am, but I'm still hoping for something better.

Looking back at it all now, I'm really very grateful that I made it through, even though it may look small/little to someone else, to me, it is a reminder that I'm making a progress and even though little, I'm grateful for it.
