Greetings everyone, and welcome to my blog. It is another wonderful opportunity to listen to the word of God through His servant, Bro. Eli Soriano.
God is giving us early warnings so that we can be prepared. We must learn to fear Him and obey His word. In times of war, famine, and suffering, what does the Bible teach us to do?
There is a clear answer to the challenges facing humanity today. These problems are not limited to poor nations alone—even wealthy countries like the United States and several European nations are experiencing similar difficulties. The hardships we see around the world, including the ongoing pandemic, are a result of human disobedience and disregard for God’s laws.
This was already declared in the Bible when God spoke to His people during the time of Moses. In Deuteronomy 28:15, it is written that if people do not listen to the voice of the Lord their God and fail to obey His commandments and statutes, then various consequences will come upon them and overtake them.
Verse 16 explains that there will be hardship both in the city and in the field. Verse 18 further states that even the fruit of the body, the produce of the land, livestock, and flocks will be affected.
Similarly, Titus 1:2 reminds us of the hope of eternal life, which God—who does not lie—has promised.
Thanks for Reading.
