That photo with that award in my hands is from the recent past, but every time I see it, it gives me infinite satisfaction.
All the awards we receive throughout our lives produce pride and satisfaction, at least that's how I think it should be.
One strives and works to achieve them, so in a way, it's an expected achievement.
But this one is very special because when it comes to you for actions that were never intended to be rewarded, that makes all the difference.
When the award comes from collective recognition, for having done good over the years, its value multiplies.
This certificate is the "WILLPOINT AWARD," the highest distinction awarded to people with physical and motor disabilities by the National Directorate of ACLIFIM, recognizing sustained work over the years.
For the effort toward personal improvement, for inclusion and social integration, and at the same time for helping others and contributing to their better quality of life and well-being.
I received it at the 7th National Congress of People with Disabilities, which I attended as a direct delegate for the province of Camagüey.
The event was held at the Havana Convention Center; the beautiful Meliá COHIBA Hotel served as a sub-venue and hosted the participants.
Life can reserve for you those moments of great pleasure, which is why today I thank the Frenchman Joseph Nicéphore Niépce when he achieved the brilliant invention of photography in 1824.
That magical art that allows us to capture unique moments of great value to us and future generations, an invaluable graphic testament to knowledge and emotions.

Un abrazo efusivo para los amigos de la comunidad #topfamily y en especial los que tienen cita en #tbt, sin dejar de agradecer al amigo
Esa foto con esa distinción en mis manos pertenece a un pasado reciente, pero cada vez que la veo me produce una satisfacción infinita.
Todos los premios que una recibe, a lo largo de nuestra existencia, producen orgullo y satisfacción, al menos así, pienso que debe ser.
Para ello uno se esfuerza y trabaja para alcanzarlos, así que de cierta manera es un logro esperado.
Pero este es muy especial pues cuando te llega por acciones que nunca fueron intencionadas para premio,eso marca la diferencia.
Cuando el premio viene del reconocimiento colectivo, por haber hecho el bien a lo largo de los años, su valor se multiplica.
Ese certificado es el "PREMIO A LA VOLUNTAD", la más alta distinción que se entrega a personas en situación de discapacidad físico _ motoras por la Dirección Nacional de la ACLIFIM, reconociendo el trabajo sostenido a lo largo de los años.
Por el esfuerzo de superación personal, por la inclusión y la integración social y a la vez por ayudar a otros y contribuir a que tengan mejor calidad de vida y bienestar.
Me lo entregaron en el 7mo Congreso Nacional de Personas con Situación de Discapacidad al que asistí como delegada directa por la provincia de Camagüey.
El evento se realizó en el Palacio de las Convenciones de la Habana, el bello Hotel Meliá COHIBA fue subsede y hospedó a los participantes.
La vida puede reservar para ti esos momentos de gran placer, por eso hoy agradezco al francés Joseph Nicéphore Niépce cuando en 1824 logró el genial invento de la fotografía.
Ese arte mágico que permite captar momentos únicos de gran valor para nosotros y las generaciones futuras, un testimonio gráfico invaluable para el conocimiento y las emociones.
