On December 8 was my civil ceremony in the city of Punto Fijo and as a celebration we went with my husband's family to visit Cape San Roman, the beautiful beaches around it and of course the Cumaraguas.
El 8 de diciembre fue mi ceremonia civil en la ciudad de punto fijo y como celebración nos fuimos acompañados de la familia de mi esposo a visitar el cabo San roman, las hermosas playas de sus alrededores y porsupuesto las cumaraguas.
It is so nice to be at Cape San Ramon and go up the stairs and get to the second floor, the other floors up to the top are closed, people who have been at the cape at night have been able to admire how beautiful the lights of the islands of Curaçao and Aruba are and relatively close to them.
Es tan agradable estar en el cabo San ramón y subir las escaleras y llegar a primer piso los demás pisos hasta arriba están cerrados, las personas que han estado en el cabo por las noches han podido admirar lo hermosa que se ven las luces de las isla curazao y aruba e relativamente cerca de ellas.
The Paraguana peninsula was discovered on August 9, 1994 by the Spaniards and this lighthouse was called Cape San Roman because that day is celebrated the day of San Roman, also from what my father in law tells me previously the peninsula was called San Roman.
The panoramic view you get from Cape San Roman is spectacular, the surrounding area is cobblestone and right next to it are the dunes of Cape San Roman.
La península paraguana fue descubierto el 9 de agosto de 1994 por los españoles y en este faro lo llamaron cabo San roman porque ese día se celebra el día de San roman, también por lo que me cuenta mi suegro anteriormente la península se llamaba San roman.
La vista panorámica que se obtiene del cabo San roman es espectacular, alrededor es empedrado y justo al lado están los medanos del cabo San roman.
Just the day we went the lighthouse was all alone and it is amazing to explore around it. The wind at this point of the peninsula is quite strong as it is at the edge of the sea in fact the waves break against the rocks giving a spectacular effect for us onlookers.
Justo el día que fuimos el faro estaba totalmente solo y es increíble explorar alrededor de él. El viento en este punto de la península es bastante fuerte ya que esta a las orillas del mar de hecho las olas se rompen contra las piedras dando un efecto espectacular para nosotros los espectadores.
