In our society there is a belief that cats transmit toxoplasma and that is not entirely true, I speak from my personal experience and my knowledge, I have had pet cats for more than 20 years, as a child my mother did not let us have Pets but everywhere I went to visit and there was a kitten I wouldn't stop holding and caressing it, until I grew up, became an adult, had my own home and was finally able to have pet kittens.

En nuestra sociedad existe la creencia de que los gatos transmiten el toxoplasma y eso no es del todo cierto, hablo desde mi experiencia personal y mis conocimientos, he tenido gatos de mascota desde hace más de 20 años, de niña mi mamá no nos dejaba tener mascotas pero a todos lados donde iba de visita y había un gatito no paraba de cargarlo y acariciarlo, hasta que crecí, me convertí en adulta, tuve mi propio hogar y por fin pude tener gatitos de mascotas.
From then on I fell in love with these incredible beings, I have slept with them, they are by my side at all times and we even sit down together at the table to eat (they are their food of course), and I have never had such a feared parasite for all women, toxoplasma 😱.
My youngest daughter is 10 years old and I remember that during my pregnancy I told my doctor about my concern about this condition, and why my sister, who did not like animals, suffered from this in her last pregnancy?
My doctor told me that a person who eats a lot of vegetables or greens is more likely to acquire the parasite that causes toxoplasmosis than a person who raises and always stays with a cat. The reasons are:
If your cats 🐈⬛ are homemade and you keep their respective care for them, they will not contract these parasites and of course there will be no way to infect anyone at home.
If your cat is properly sterilized and does not go outside much or never goes outside, it is almost impossible for it to contract this parasite.
If you handle your cat's feces correctly, there is no way for it to infect you if you have the parasite.
-If your cat is already an adult and healthy, he has a very low probability of contracting and infecting this parasite

A partir de allí me enamoré de estos increíbles seres, he dormido con ellos, están a mi lado en todo momento y hasta nos sentamos juntos a la mesa a comer (ellos su alimento por su puesto), y nunca he tenido el parasitó tan temido por todas las mujeres, el toxoplasma 😱.
Mi hija mas chiquita tiene 10 años y recuerdo que en mi embarazo le comenté a mi doctor acerca de mi inquietud hacia este padecimiento, y el porqué mi hermana la cual no le gustaban los animales, si padeció de esto en su último embarazo?
Mi médico me respondió que una persona que come muchos vegetales o verduras tiene más probabilidades de adquirir el parásito que causa la toxoplasmosis a una persona que cría y permanece siempre con un gato las razones son:
Si tus gatos 🐈⬛ son caseros y les mantienes sus respectivos cuidados ellos no contraerán estos parásitos y por su puesto no habrá manera de contagiar a nadie en el hogar.
Si tu gato esta debidamente esterilizado y no sale mucho a la calle o no sale nunca a la calle es casi imposible que contraiga este parásito.
Si manipulas correctamente las heces de tu gato, no hay manera de que te contagie en caso de tener el parásito.
Si tu gato ya es adulto y está sano, tiene muy poca probabilidad de contraer y contagiar este parasito
mantener una alimentación sana a tu gato o mantendrá libre de este parásito
