luego de la celebración de Halloween, aprovechamos de conmemorar el día de muertos y recordar todas esas mascotas que hoy ya no están con nosotros, es por esto que hoy les quiero compartir una idea bastante sencilla para hacer un lindo disfraz para tu mascota, en mi caso mis gatos, este disfraz lleva la figura alusiva a un esqueleto, aquí les muestro esta espeluznante idea de disfraz de esqueleto. acompáñame y te muestro este paso a paso

My cats have already dressed up in previous years, this year I had a few complications and I was a little late with their costume, the good thing is that this costume will serve them for the following years, I always enjoy making their costumes a lot, this brings a lot of smiles to our faces at home, my cat Tesoro is very cooperative, on few occasions he becomes annoying, unlike my cat Negro, he is a little grumpy, but in the end I always manage to dress him in the outfits that I made for him.

The materials to make this costume are very few and in my case they are recycled, I searched through my leftover scraps of fabric and got a scrap of black muslin fabric, this seemed perfect for making the costume, I also got a scrap of white Razo fabric, with this I will make all the details of the bones, we will also need thread and a needle or if you prefer you can do it like me, on a sewing machine.

Mis gatos ya se han disfrazado en años anteriores, este año he tenido un poco de complicaciones y me he retrasado un poco con su disfraz, lo bueno es que este disfraz les servirá para los siguientes años, siempre disfruto mucho en la confección de sus disfraces, esto nos saca mucha sonrisas en casa, mi gato Tesoro es muy colaborador, en pocas ocasiones se torna molesto, a diferencia de mi gato Negro, él es un poco malhumorado, pero a la final siempre logro vestirlo con los outfits que le confeccionó.

Los materiales para confeccionar este disfraz son muy pocos y en mi caso son de reciclaje, busqué entre mis retazos sobrantes de tela y conseguí un retazo de tela muselina negro, éste me pareció perfecto para la confección del disfraz, también conseguí un retazo de tela de Razo blanca, con esta le haré todos los detalles de los huesos, también necesitaremos hilo y aguja o si lo prefieres puedes hacerlo como yo, en máquina de coser.

Como primer paso para la confección de este disfraz, le tomare las medidas, utilizaré la de mi gato Tesoro, él es el más gordito, sus medidas son: desde el cuello hasta la raíz de su cola 35 cm, la circunferencia de su barriga es de 43 y la circunferencia del cuello es de 25cm,

El largo aproximado desde el hombro hasta la pata delantera es 31 cm, para la pata de atrás vamos a dejarlo de 28 cm ya que esta tiene el doblez de la pata más largo, lo bueno de tomar las medidas es no molestarlo mucho y así guiarme bien jarta confeccionar el disfraz,

As I was drawing the costume on the fabric I found it very funny, since I imagined it placed on my cats, and this made me anxious to finish it soon

Para el siguiente paso doblaremos la tela a la mitad, las medidas las dividiremos en dos y dibujaremos sobre la tela, la circunferencia del cuello será de 13cm y 5 cm hacia adentro para poder hacer la corva, partiendo de esa línea voy a marcar 35 cm que será el largo del disfraz.

Aprovechando el excedente que me quedó de tela lo dejaré para la cola, me gusta que quede corta ya que ellos les molesta que le coloque cosas sobre su colita, el largo de la pata delantera será de 31 cm y el largo de la pata trasera será de 28 cm

A medida que iba dibujando el disfraz sobre la tela me dio mucha gracia, ya que lo imaginaba puesto sobre mis gatos, y esto me daba ansiedad de terminarlo pronto

Now I will make all the pieces of the skeleton, I made several parts simulating the spine, two large pieces for each leg and a long bone for each leg, I know that this is not how the skeleton of the kittens is, but it is less complicated since if I do it in detail it will be very difficult.

After having all the pieces I placed them with pins to the costume, then I went to my sewing machine and I sewed each piece to the costume trying to sew along the edges, it was really exciting to make this costume, I couldn't wait to try it on my cats.

Ahora le haré todas las piezas del esqueleto, le hice varias partes simulando la columna dos piezas grandes para cada pata y un hueso largo para cada pata, sé que así no es el esqueleto de los gatitos, pero es menos complicado ya que si lo hago a detalle será muy difícil.

Luego de tener todas las piezas las ubiqué con alfileres al disfraz, luego me fui hasta mi máquina de coser y fui cociendo cada pieza al disfraz tratando de pasarle costura por las orillas, de verdad que fue muy emocionante hacer este disfraz, no aguantaba las ganas de probárselo a mis gatos.
