SteemIT needs a directory structure or a taxonomy to organize content

Unstructured tags are helpful, but adding a hierarchy or directory structure would help organize content on Steem more effectively. Right now i think it is too difficult to navigate to stories that are of interest to any degree of specificity more than the high level tags on the right. Food is not as useful of a category as "Gluten Free" or "Sous Vide" might be. It would be a big help to see those tags as sub-categories under food.
