I went do the city centre with my camera and tripod yesterday night. I took some pictures around Tammerkoski rapid.
Towards the north from Satakunta bridge. Tampella is a heavy industry manufacturer whose products include paper machines, locomotives and artillery weapons.

Hämeensilta bridge over the rapid towards the west. Hämeenkatu, the main street, is a huge construction site because of the ongoing light rail track construction.
