Hardwork Pays off "Traditional Way of Making Handmade Noodles" my training.
Hello everyone! Today I want to share to you my video while I was practicing on how to make traditonal handmade noodles, that video was captured almost two years ago but this is the first time I upload that video, I was very shy to upload that video before because I was very thin that time Lol... and also sorry for the quality of video, that was captured using my very outdated android phone...
In that video you can see me while I was practicing on how make handmade noodles, that was almost two years ago I forgot the exact date but the experience is still fresh in my mind, I can still remember my efforts and hardworks jusy to learn that skill, I can still remember the pain in my wrist, shoulders, fingers and back that time, it's funny to remember that there was a mornings that I can't move my arms and shoulders because of the pain. Learning that skill is not easy in fact that was the hardest training I've done in my cooking career, I almost give up that time, imagine! It took me 2 weeks month just to practice the first step of making handmade noodles(making the nnodle dough soft and smooth), but this making handmade noodles caught my interest so giving up is no no for me Lol.
Then after less than 3 months of practice, I noticed some progress on my noodle making skill, I 'm very happy that time may hardworks are worth it, I know it's not perfect and I need more practice and experience, but at least I can make handmade noodles and you can see that on my video. And then now, almost two years later...
I can say that making handmade noodles is easy for me, now I can make many servings of hanmade noodles without feeling any pain on my body.My efforts and hardworks really pays-off because I learned a very rare and valuable skill, and the most important skill I have learned on that training is not to give up.
That's all for now, thank you for your time spent reading and watching my content.
