What a great day today! After a busy work day I came home and got a quick bite to eat and then came outside for a walk at the park. The fresh air is amazing! The weather is nice and it doesn’t get much better then this. I did some boxing training at the house hitting the heavy bag and did some shadowboxing. Boxing has always been a passion of mine and it feels good that this app has me doing what makes me happy again. It’s so motivating!
