But this is Proof of Brain, right? He clearly seems to think that posts curated by curangel and innerhive don't deserve all their rewards, and yes, he might be wrong, but who am I to judge?

If I was to take actions against him by not delegating than I would be favoring a group of people over another, when I'm not part of any group.

If he was upvoting his own post and abusing the reward pool, that would be a different story and he should be considered an abuser. But difference of opinion, even supporting Justin Sun, is just an opinion. Not abusing the system.

If it is any comfort to you, he is paying 15% APR on his delegated stake (from me, I don't know about others), which means that as an "abuser" he is buying Hive and then sends it to a hodler. I am not selling any. If every abuser acted similarly it would be great for all users on Hive, as the price would go up a lot.
