ctime is a well known Justn Sun shill who is downvoting hiveians that don't agree with certain views or got curated by certain Hive curations projects such as curangel and innerhive. Pretends that flagging is random and not personal which is an ovious lie. As the post on Steemit is contradicting it itself.

For example. All my recent posts have been flagged although there have had no vote from neither innerhive nor from curangel. I received some vote few weeks ago from curangel.

Just because they user curates some hiveians for personal reasons it does not make ctime less of bullying abuser.
