There is a doctor who has come forward describing Seth Rich's injuries & the procedures they did at the hospital. Apparently, the ER doctors thought he had a good chance of surviving, but they were not allowed to follow up on his care as soon as he was put in Intensive Care for the night. They were surprised to learn he had died during the night, and they said it was the weirdest violation of standard procedure they had ever seen.
