Bacolor Church or also know San Guillermo Parish Church (Roman Catholic church) in 1880 the church was destroyed by an earthquake, in 1897 a new church was built by Fr. Manuel Diaz, It has a central nave and well-lighted transept with windows, The retablo, side retablos and pulpit are gilded with gold leaf, On September 3, 1995, when lahar flow from the slopes of Mt. Pinatubo the San Guillermo Parish church was buried at half of its 12-m height,Despite of the tragedy the Citezen of bacolor they still preserved the said church after buried in Lahar, the main altar, the ceiling, and they used the window of the church as an entrance going to museum. Now the church is already a world-famous tourist destination in philippines.
