We all know that dogs are man’s bestfriend, there are many kinds and breeds of dog but one thing for sure that they all can be bestfriends :)
I have this experience when I was a teenager, I was going home and walking in our street around 10:30 in the evening, it was a little bit dark and I’m so irritated and nervous because I felt someone is following me, I walked too fast and I saw “boom”. Boom bark so loud to the man walking behind me, and the man walks away (up to now, I don’t know who is that and if he has something to do with me but I assure whether he has plan or nothing to me, boom really saved me) Boom is our dog, his breed is an Aspin or what we called “askal” in the Philippines, but sadly he was already passed away due to his age.
Askals derived from the word “Asong Kalye” (street dogs), there are many askals in the Philippines, you can see them everywhere, like street or in the market.
