This mountain consists of chalk and clay rocks. It was formed in the Jurassic period, when the climate changed, and many species of fish and reptiles disappeared from the face of our planet. This is a beautiful and interesting place in Ukraine, in the village Putivsk, Novgorod-Seversky district.
In shreds of chalk, you can find the remains of fauna, shells, belemnites, and if you are lucky, then other more interesting findings that are millions of years old.
Previously, it was a quarry where the chalk was extracted on an industrial scale, now it is a natural park.
