¡Saludos comunidad de @splinterlands! Les doy la bienvenida a mi nuevo post. El día de hoy quiero compartir con todos ustedes mi participación al concurso de arte #258 de esta semana. Esta vez he decidido realizar a la adorable Enchanted Pixie en mi estilo, mezclando aún más los colores y cambiando un poco el aspecto del diseño original a algo no tan chibi. A continuación, les enseño un poco sobre como realice esta ilustración ¡Espero sea de su agrado!

Greetings @splinterlands community! Welcome to my new post. Today I want to share with you all my entry to this week's art contest #258. This time I decided to do the adorable Enchanted Pixie in my style, mixing the colours even more and changing a bit the look of the original design to something not so chibi. Below, I show you a little bit about how I made this illustration. I hope you like it!

Como siempre comencé realizando un boceto del personaje, para ello partí de una línea de acción en la que ubicaría al personaje y poco a poco fui agregando todos los elementos hasta conformar la composición básica del personaje, agregué los detalles como el cabello, alas y ropa en capas diferentes alternando los colores para poder identificar todo más fácil.

As always I started by making a sketch of the character, for this I started from a line of action in which I would place the character and little by little I added all the elements until I conformed the basic composition of the character, I added the details like the hair, wings and clothes in different layers alternating the colours to be able to identify everything easier.

Terminado mi boceto aplique una capa base de color morado para marcar la silueta y empecé a colocar poco a poco todos los colores base que tendría este personaje.

Once I finished my sketch I applied a base layer of purple to mark the silhouette and I started to place little by little all the base colours that this character would have.

Con los colores base aplicados empecé a trabajar en la creación de volumen, para ello trabajé primero en las sombras, con un pincel suave realicé degradados entre los tonos base y el color que tendría la sombra y esto poco a poco lo fui aplicando a todos los elementos del personaje.

With the base colours applied I started to work on the creation of volume, for this I worked first on the shadows, with a soft brush I made gradients between the base tones and the colour that the shadow would have and little by little I applied this to all the elements of the character.

Aplicadas las sombras comencé a unir las líneas del boceto con el coloreado. Esta tarea no fue sencilla, al menos para mí, pero de a poco fui uniendo y desapareciendo estas líneas hasta finalmente unificarlo por completo. También agregue algunos toques suaves de luz por todos los elementos hasta dar por finalizado al personaje.

Como detalle final, realice un fondo de tonos morados y en el realice una especie de nubes para ubicar al personaje, además añadí algunos destellos para que le dieran más personalidad a la ilustración.

Once the shadows were applied, I started to join the lines of the sketch with the colouring. This task was not easy, at least for me, but little by little I was joining and disappearing these lines until I finally unified it completely. I also added some soft touches of light for all the elements until the character was finished.


As a final detail, I made a background of purple tones and in it I made a kind of clouds to place the character, I also added some sparkles to give more personality to the illustration.
