To answer the question why am I still on steemit, it is important to first remember why I started. I tell you that when I knew about the existence of this platform, the payment currency had a quite attractive value; that was about three years ago, but the one who took the first step to enter was my beloved wife

From that moment I started to read some interesting posts in her company. I was like that for a year, when I decided to open my personal user. At that moment, the value of Steem had already gone down and many had left the platform. As you can understand my entry was not totally for the value of the currency.

After I started I was publishing without getting good rewards, but I kept reading and commenting, until a change came in steemit that affected my RCs, which did not let me comment, nor publish, as I was doing. Then I had to leave and I stayed like this for 4 months, until my beautiful wife showed me a post from the master

@bert0, where he offered to vote the best comments of his publications next to the trail

@emeeseese and that's how I was able to activate myself again, I always received his votes. Its content is so good, that I keep reading it.

@minnowsupport and the PAL team, with them I got more hooked to steemit, my RCs and steem-power started to rise little by little and I could already make more comments and publish with more freedom.

But I can tell you that every time I published, I dreamed of a vote from

@blocktraders and in due time they came, thank God. It was a long wait, but I enjoyed every vote. You know another vote that filled my being with joy has been that of

What I get per post definitely doesn't give me anything to live for, or even to indulge in, but the satisfaction of getting some readers' feedback feeds my writer's veins.

I'm also encouraged to participate in contests, in which my love @syllem and I almost always participate. Another motivation I have is the fact of leaving a record for posterity of the love I feel for my wife and children, to be able to share to the world the positive things of my Venezuela and the pleasure of reading so many fascinating writers, who make life on this great platform.

With my companion of adventure, I have had the opportunity and the happiness of attending three Meetup, which have given me the joy of meeting interesting people who make life in the ecosystem and are excellent writers with great reputation and most importantly wonderful people.
