There is not a day that I did not discover the wonders of my environment and today I want to share with you the wonderful experience of having a moringa tree at home.

The Moringa tree, oleifera, has become popular worldwide for its medicinal and nutritional properties.

This plant has its origin in India, but it can also be grown in other parts of the world. This tree is also known as the tree because many people have seen great improvements in their health and are passionate about growing moringa.

To cultivate moringa, it is good to do it in light, semi-humid soils. Moringa is not demanding in terms of organic matter and can grow very well in poor soils.

As you can see in photograph number two, this tree can be quite tall, it can reach 5 meters in height and once the tree is an adult it can easily measure more than 10 meters.

Moringa is rich in vitamins and minerals such as iron, carotenoids, quercetin, vitamin C, polyphenols, chlorogenic acid, among others, being a good antioxidant.

it helps in weight loss, the prevention of diseases such as cancer, diabetes, reducing inflammation, I feel it increases my energy levels ..

We must consume this plant with prevention since it can cause diarrhea if consumed uncontrollably because it is laxative.

To prepare the moringa tea Put the water in a pot over medium heat until it boils, add 1 tablespoon of moringa leaves, cover and let it steep for 5 minutes. Straining and drinking can be consumed twice a day, it is not recommended to do it at night because it can cause insomnia.
